glee gifts, a hip & trendy gift boutique headquartered in Mansfield, MA is selling raffle tickets to win a giant stuffed teddy bear called “Cuddles” to benefit Birthday Wishes, a Boston-based nonprofit organization that provides birthday parties for homeless children throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Long Island, New York.   

The teddy bear measures 6’ x 7’ and has been a fixture at glee gifts bringing much glee to the little kids (and some big kids) who come in with their parents.  They play, cuddle and snooze with Cuddles allowing mom to shop in peace.

“Because of the merger of the glee gifts in Canton with the glee gifts in Mansfield Crossing, we don’t have the room for Cuddles in the store, “said Ann Foley-Collins, owner of glee gifts. “The glee gifts’ staff will miss him terribly, but we couldn’t think of a better way to find him a new happy home than by holding a raffle that raises money for a wonderful local charity at the same time.”

Birthday Wishes is one of glee gifts’ charitable non-profit partners for 2012.  glee gifts has donated generously to Birthday Wishes this past year by hosting event nights, selling Birthday Wishes merchandise and also donating $1 for each Lolita wine glass sold, one of the store’s best sellers.

Starting August 13^th tickets will be sold for one week at both the Canton store in The Village Shoppes, 95 Washington Street and also at the store in Mansfield Crossing, 280 School Street.  The drawing will be held August 21st.
