1. Partly sunny, with a high near 72. Northeast wind between 7 and 11 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph. Mostly clear in the eveing, with a low around 51. East wind around 5 mph becoming calm.
2. MMAS and the New England Repertory Company presents The Gin Game by D. L. Colburn. Directed by Tom Hunter and featuring Beth Goldman of Norwood and Mike Kiernan of Sharon. The Gin Game is a Pulitzer Prize play and also received many Tony Award nominations. This is a drama and not recommended for children under the age of 16. MMAS will host a "talk back" with the actors and director after every performance for those who wish to stay.
2. Mansfield Adult Softball program is under way. RECREATIONAL SOFTBALL: 303101 A A non-competitive program in a pick-up format with teams forming each Thursday evening. WHO: Adults age 18 and over, Residents and Non-residentsWHERE: Memorial Park Softball Field WHEN: Thursday evenings, May 3 to August 16, 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. FEE: $25 residents, $35 non-residents.
3. There are two story times for ages 2-3 and 4-5 today at the Mansfield Public Library. The morninggroup meets at 11 a.m. and the afternoon groupmeets at 1 p.m.
