Mansfield Fire and EMS Log: Collisions, Heads On and Assault

The following is from the Mansfield Fire and EMS log from Sept. 11 to Sept. 16, 2012.

 

Sept. 12

4:45 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call from the Massachusetts State Police reporting a three-vehicle collision on Route 95 South after the Route 495 exit.  One patient was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

8:12 p.m. Mansfield EMS responded to a call reporting one injury (heart episode) from a motor vehicle collision on East Street. One patient was treated on scene.

Sept. 13

6:46 p.m. Mansfield Fire responded to a call reporting a a fuel leak on Copeland Drive.

Sept. 14

9:12 p.m.  One victim was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital after a motor vehicle collision on Thomas Street.

Sept. 15

3:53 p.m. Mansfield EMS responded to a call reporting a male assault victim.

Sept. 16

11:19 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Route 140 and Norfolk Street. One victim was trapped in a vehicle and was extricated with the Jaws of Life. The collision occurred in a head-on collision. One victim was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital and another was transported to Morton Hospital.
