Mansfield's Billy McNamara was the top scorer for the Wheaton College men's lacrosse team this year, just missing the school record for assists in a season.
McNamara, a junior captain, finished the season with a 22-40-62 scoring mark, leading the 3-11 Lyons. In the final game of the season, an 18-9 loss at Babson, McNamara had a goal and 5 assists.
As sophomore, the former Hornet standout had 61 points after tallying 45 as a freshman.
