Norton Parks and Rec will be having an annual Founder's Day Picnic (same as the 300th picnic last year) on Saturday, June 23rd (rain date Saturday, June 30th) from 5-9 pm.
Event Details
Some folks take their picnics a little more seriously, arriving early with their picnic lunch and getting a good spot to watch all the goings on.

Henri A. Yelle Elementary School, which shares a driveway with the high school, welcomes students, parents and staff with wood carvings. Lisa Farrell is the principal here, creating order to the school's daily activity. Yelle is also used for town meetings and other functions.
