More About Town of Mansfield - Parks and Recreation
This office oversees the Plymouth Street Recreational Facility and Memorial Park on Hope Street, including permits for use. Directed by Lorilee Fish, the office has only one part-time staff member, and provides Mansfield citizens the opportunity for year-round fun. Seasonal summer events increase the part-time staff and volunteers to 50 in the summer months, providing Mansfield residents with daily activities.
The office is overseen by a five-member Board of Recreation serving three-year elected terms. Citizens can stop by the office for a comprehensive free community event listing calendar.
