Mothers’ Club Donates Zoo Passes to Library
This fall marks the 10th anniversary of The Mansfield Mothers' Club.
The children who were in the club when it was formed are now in middle school, high school and beyond. For these 10 years our goal has been to provide activities that enrich the lives of our children, benefit caregivers and support our community of families through ongoing service projects. The young minds of children are so open and full of curiosity, and it is our hope that we can nurture them and shape the future of Mansfield in a positive way.

To celebrate our milestone anniversary, we chose to share a gift with the Mansfield Public Library, because its goals so closely mirror ours. Through story times, crafts, book bingo, animal sleepovers, book clubs and other special events, the library, too, enriches our lives, nurtures our children and supports our community.

The Mothers’ Club recently donated two one-year passes to the Capron Park Zoo to the library so the entire town of Mansfield can come to the library, spend some time exploring and then to spend some time together investigating the zoo. What better way is there for children’s minds to grow than by experiencing new things first-hand?
We thank the library, and everyone in town, for sharing in our anniversary celebration and passing on our birthday present to the entire community.
