Summer Reading Program at Maplewood

• Maplewood Mornings - Summer Reading Program
  Compliment your child’s experience at Maplewood with our Summer Reading Program!  Open to children entering grades 1-6 in the fall of 2011.  Here at Maplewood, we are focused on providing services that nurture the whole child.  We know summer is a time for fun and laughter, but who says learning can’t be a part of that?  That’s why we’re offering a New Summer Reading Program to help prevent “summer regression,” giving your child the opportunity to maintain and sharpen literacy skills over the summer months.
  
  Through small group instruction and enrichment, readers of all levels, ability and motivation will thrive in our exciting classes.  Your children will have so much fun; they won’t even know they’re learning.  (That will be our little secret!)

Jeannie Baxter & Ann Weintrob are certified Reading Specialists with Master’s Degrees in education.  They are veteran elementary educators each with 18 years of teaching experience. They currently teach in Easton.
