Friday

in Mansfield is presenting live music all weekend. on Friday The Cabana Boys followed by Mike Lebon will be playing starting at 7 p.m.

Nick Rossi is playing at the Tavern in Wrentham at 7 p.m. to close. Join the Tavern as he plays covers of all kinds, simulating every instrument, from drums to sax, violen to sitar and more.

The  will take place on Friday, May 4th, 2012 at the Mansfield Holiday Inn. This is a great event, with 100% of funds being dedicated to the Kennedy-Donovan Center, which works with developmentally disabled children, to local youth causes, and the Rotary International Polio Plus program. The Ninth annual auction at the Holiday Inn Mansfield/Foxboro on Friday, May 4, 2012. The time will be from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM. The event will consist of a live auction, silent auction, raffle, entertainment, great food, drinks and fun!

is America’s MOST AUTHENTIC Eagles Tribute Band. They will be playing at Patriot Place at 6 p.m. Formed in 2001, the band has honed their act to a fine edge over the last 9 years. This Massachusetts based group has played from Georgia to Maine and Illinois down to the southern tip of Texas, and points in between. Formerly known as Spread Eagle: Tribute To The Eagles, the band took on a new name in 2009 as they prepared to become a full time touring band.

The in Foxborough is providing a free scholarship to one student. The scholarship is being offered for the photoshop class from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturdays beginning May 5. Saturday, May 5th, the of political information and inspiration at the .  Representative Shaunna O'Connell will speak on EBT reform, Representative Keiko Orrall will discuss her personal political journey and Mansfield Selectman Olivier Kozlowski will present the importance of voter ID.  Refreshments will be served, and all are most welcome.  Mansfield Public Library, May 5th, 1:30 p.m.  to 3:30 p.m.

The  is now accepting reservations for the  for July this Saturday.  The annual Pawtucket Red Sox Game will be on Thursday, July 19, at noon. Tickets are $11 per person, and are located in the reserved seating area behind home plate on the third base line. Space is limited, and ticket reservations are now being taken.

Maplewood Day Camp & Enrichment Center in South Easton, Mass., will host a free on Sunday, May 6th from 10.a.m. to 1 p.m at 150 Foundry Street (Route 106).  With sessions filling up fast, parents and kids aged 4-14 are invited to learn about Maplewood’s expanded Summer Camp activities and enjoy a day of family fun, including boating, kayaking, moonwalks, arts & crafts, ice cream, face painting, gymnastics, rock climbing, and more. Parents will have an opportunity to meet with Maplewood’s owners, staff, and other camp families as well as tour the 30-acre property.
