Winter storm watch in effect from Wednesday afternoon through Thursdat afternoon.

Mostly cloudy, with a low around 23. North wind around 6 mph becoming calm.

Wednesday: Snow, mainly after 2pm. High near 37. Calm wind becoming east around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.

Wednesday Night: Snow before 10pm, then rain and snow between 10pm and 4am, then snow and sleet after 4am. Patchy fog. Low around 31. East wind between 8 and 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Thursday: Rain and snow likely, becoming all rain after 10am. Patchy fog before 11am. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 43. Northeast wind between 8 and 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

Thursday Night: A chance of rain before 11pm, then a chance of snow. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 29. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
