“A Christmas Carol - The Musical" Boasts Mansfield Talent

he Un-Common Theatre Company and Bay Colony Productions will present “A Christmas Carol – The Musical", a fun and lively adaptation of the Dickens’ classic. "A Christmas Carol - The Musical" will play weekends at the Orpheum Theatre Foxboro, Dec. 2 – 11. This is the fourth collaboration for Bay Colony and Un-Common.

Charles Dickens' classic goes Broadway with the help of Alan Menken ("Beauty and the Beast", "Little Mermaid"), Lynn Ahrens ("Ragtime", "Seussical") and Mike Ockrent ("Crazy For You", "Me and My Girl.").

The musical features the magic of the holiday season, exuberant dances, flying ghosts and the sights and sounds of Dickensian London.

The cast of 50 is directed and choreographed by Michael Hammond with Music Direction by Paula Bishop.

Performances will be held at the Orpheum Theatre Foxboro on Friday, Dec. 2nd and 9th at 7:30 pm, Saturday, Dec. 3rd and 10th at 7:30 pm and Sunday, December 4th and 11th at 2:00 pm.  Advance ticket prices are:  Premium $22, Reserved $20 and Balcony $16.  Prices for tickets purchased the week of the show are:  Premium $26, Reserved $24 and Balcony $20.
