Children’s Events at the Mansfield Public Library

Check out these events happening in the Youth Room in March.

The event calendar is set for this March in the Youth Room at the . Bring your children in for some of these fun and imaginative activities.

Wednesday, March 2, 6:30pm  -- Pajama Time

Stories and rhymes for ages three and up. No pre-registration required. Wear pajamas and bring a stuffed pal.

Tuesday, March 8, 3:30p.m. – Paint-A-Lion

March comes in like a lion. Come in and paint a fierce one to take home. This event is for ages three and up. No pre-registration is required.

Tuesday, March 15, 3:30p.m. – Rainbows & Hidden Gold

Those crafty Library Leprechauns are looking for gold. Make a rainbow and an original box or cup to keep yours hidden in! This event is for ages 4 and up. No pre-registration is required.

Monday, March 21,  10:30a.m. and 3:45p.m. – Warmest Place of All

Local author Licia Rando shares her cozy story and a marshmallow snowman craft that is perfect for saying goodbye to winter. This event is for ages three-eight. Drop by the library or call to register for one of the two time slots.

Tuesday, March 22, 3:30p.m. – Collage-A-Lamb

March goes out like a lamb. Do you like to give things? Then this is the project for you. How many soft things can you glue on your lamb? This event is for ages three and up,. No pre-registration is required.

Story Times for ages 0-5

Ages 2 and under - Tuesdays at 10:15a.m., Fridays at 11a.m.

Ages 2-3 – Thursdays at 11a.m.

Ages 3-4 – Fridays at 10:15a.m.

Ages 4-5 – Thursdays at 10:15a.m. and 1p.m.

All story times are drop in, no pre registration required. Please respect age requirements for ages three-four and four-five.
