Free Community Jam Sessions

Folk Music in action! Bring your voices, your instruments, and your interest to the Free Community Jam Sessions, led by Lorraine and Bennett Hammond, at the Mansfield Public Library on February 12, 19, and 26 from Noon to 2:00 P.M. The Hammonds are folk performers who have a knack for encouraging people to play music together. Their annual course at the John C. Campbell Folk School in Brasstown, North Carolina, called How to Survive and Thrive in Jam Sessions, draws players and would-be players from around the country.
