Chocolate Factory Apartments Still on the Table
Joseph Mulkern continuing with effort to convert the factory into apartments.
Joseph Mulkern is continuing his efforts to convert the chocolate factory into one bedroom apartments.
His motion was defeated at the May 2012 town meeeting and in the special fall town meeting in November after a quorum could not be reached.
Initially, Mulkern received opposition from the town, which cited the fact that the area is prime real estate for industrial means.
