Health Inspection: Wendy's, Mansfield Deli, Classic Pizza, and More

The following statements are from Mansfield health inspection reports collected on September 25 and 26. If there are any questions or concerns contact the Mansfield Health Department at (508) 261-7366.

September 25

Benny's is required to have a snack license for retail food and must go to the Health Department to correct the issue. 

Honey Dew Donuts on Copeland Drive has a leak under the ware wash sink and the hand wash sink needs the be cleaned. The store is allergen compliant.

Wendy's on Copeland Drive was overall described at "very nice," but is not allergen compliant and the menu board notice is too small. Broken floor tiles in the ware wash area need to be replaces and ice scoop handles need to be stored in the product of use or the holder. 

Subway on Copeland Drive was also described as "very nice," is allergen compliant, and has no violations.

Mansfield Deli, also "very nice," has no violations, is allergen compliant, and just needs to post an allergy notice on the menu boards. 
  

September 26

Classic Pizza "looks great," and is allergen compliant. The restaurant needs to the rare screen door, and post employee hand wash signs in the bathroom. 

Tedeschi Food Shops was "very nice" and had no violations.
