Home & Garden Show Supports Local Talent

The Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce event will take place April 3.

"Buy local and support local," is the theme of the Home & Garden Show on Sunday, April 3, organized by the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce.

The Home & Garden Show will take place from 11:00am - 4:00pm. on April 3 at the Holiday Inn in Mansfield. The show is geared toward using local talent. 

“Last year was our first event of this type and was well received by the general public. Our objective in putting this show together is to boost our local economy and promote the whole Buy Local idea by placing local tradesmen in front of local home owners and home buyers.” said Kara Griffin, the Executive Director of the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce, in their press release.

Currently, the show has 32 Exhibitors and more could join. Exhibiors include AJT Supplies, Inc., Barrows Insurance Agency, Inc., Bath Fitter, Betro and Company, P.C., Chace Building Supply, Inc., Colonial Insurance Services, Inc., Corrao Electric Co., Inc., Distinguished Floors, Eaton Mechanical, Ginsberg Family Dental, Holiday Inn Mansfield/Foxboro, Intercity Alarm, Jack Conway Realtors, Law Offices of Peter T. Clark, P.C., LifeTyme Exteriors, Mansfield Bank, New England Spine Care, New York Life, No Risk Painting, Noll's Home Team Re/Max Real Estate Center, North Easton Savings  Bank, Norton Tricentennial, Owens Corning, Patch.com, Prew Landscaping, Pump Grump, RI Home Improvements, The Garden Club of Mansfield, Whiting Environment Building Inspector, Intercity Alarm, RI Home Improvements and Wicked Good Chiropractic.

The cost to attend the show is $3 per person or $5 per family. Boston Globe columnist the Handyman on call Peter Hotton will also be at the show to give out free advice.
