SUMMARY
Plans and implements activities that promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children. Responsible for the care, hygiene, learning, and developmental activities, specialized programs, and redirection of children. Communicates directly with parents. Maintains classroom records, cleanliness, and orderliness.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Meets expectations for delivering customer acquisition and retention, quality program, financial management, and operational compliance, and demonstrates expected behaviors. Provides care and support to children.
· May share lead responsibilities with Assistant Teachers, Lead Teachers, and/or Teachers I and II
· Engages with current and prospective parents and family members and is responsive to their needs
· Complies with KLC and all governmental regulations regarding the care of children
· Understands responsibilities as a mandated reporter
· Keeps the Director informed of any necessary information regarding the care and safety of children
· Completes timely and accurate documentation according to KLC and other licensing or regulation requirements
· Assists and accepts responsibility in other daily center duties that might be temporary in the event other personnel are not available
· Attends and participates in all staff meetings, center events, and parent/customer meetings as requested
Requirements: Skills, Education / Knowledge, Experience
EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE
· Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field and/or state education requirements for a Teacher required
· Degree in Early Childhood Education or related area highly desirable
EEC Certification from Early Education and Care Department of Massachusetts
EXPERIENCE
· 3+ years of early childhood education experience desirable
· 4+ years of experience working with assigned age group desirable
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work closing shift 10:00-6:00
· Excellent organizational skills required
· Ability to be flexible in assignment and work hours required
· CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain desirable
· Valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to drive center vehicles desirable
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills required

Job Purpose
This position serves as the primary field specialist in charge of flawless execution and quality assurance of the event. This position directs use of event resources (personnel, event set-up, and equipment) to ensure maximum effectiveness of brand message and achievement of objectives. Continually optimizes quality in all areas including but not limited to: aesthetic look of set-up, event entertainment value (sound and visual), effectiveness of interaction with consumers, and total impact of mobile marketing initiative on target audience. The Field Manager works closely with the client/brand, oversees event, and documents the event via reporting and pictures.

Job Responsibilities

Acts as primary field authority
Placement and set-up/teardown of assets
Provide leadership to field team in order to reach program goals
Motivate and support team to execute without incident every time at every event
Document the event via reporting and pictures
Oversees internal and external agency staff
On-site event coordination including vendor assets
Responsible for event assets and maintenance
Responsible for ensuring event runs smoothly and acts as the eyes and ears of the company
Communicate event updates as required to Marketration Management

Job Requirements

A thorough knowledge of principles of effective brand marketing, specifically mobile marketing.
Proven experience in effective communications, consumer and client relations, and management
Friendly and outgoing personality
Experience managing a team of associates and delegating tasks in order to achieve goals
Clean driving record
Organization and writing skills
Detail oriented
Time management and multi-task approach
Ability to travel out to events - as needed
Able to stand for entire shift
Able to lift at least 50 lbs
5 years experience in managing Events/Promotions/Tours/Retail Previous experience managing promotional staff and motivating teams in order to achieve the highest results
Previous experience completing recaps, timecards, taking pictures, submitting expenses and troubleshooting on-site issues
Interaction with clients, customers and internal staff
Leading set-ups, tear-downs and asset maintenance

Other Requirements

Must perform the job safely and utilize proper safety techniques and use of equipment when appropriate.

Floral Design Specialist - Mansfield

The Floral Designer is enthusiastic and passionate about Creativity, People and Arts and Crafts. The Floral Designer is responsible for generating sales and achieving production goals by designing professional, top quality, creative floral arrangements and custom arrangements upon requests from customers. This position requires exceptional product knowledge, demonstrations and one-on-one interaction with customers. In addition to providing world-class service to customers, the Floral Designer is responsible for the creation and production of effective displays and for maintaining the floral counter area.

Technical Services Associate job - Mansfield

Primary Job Functions
Customer Service and Sales
Service customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Suggest the appropriate services to customers and ensure the customer is educated and fully aware of all services they have requested.
Be familiar with current pricing and rental information. Communicate missed opportunities for sales to store management.
Address any safety issues to Risk Management or asset protection issues that may occur.

Shop Responsibilities
Operate and maintain tech shop equipment.
Ensure all necessary tools and supplies are kept in stock and safely locked in the shop.
Document and follow all Sports Service maintenance information on shop equipment. Follow all safety procedures in the operation of shop equipment. Practice good housekeeping methods and overall cleanliness.
Ensure all service paperwork is completed and filed.
Attend certification classes as required.
Other duties as assigned.

Prerequisite skills/experience for position
0-1 year experience in a retail environment or equivalent relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work towards certification (i.e. binding manufacturers, bike assembly)
Ability to work well under pressure.
Technical and mechanical knowledge of both ski and bike industry.
Prior retail experience and knowledge of the sports for which these products are utilized.
