Restaurant Manager - Bertucci’s Corporation - Mansfield

A Bertucci’s Restaurant Manager has a direct area of responsibility (ie: Culinary, Hospitality, Off Premise Sales), however in our family you are asked to be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant while you are on the shift, from menu development, to kitchen operations to the wine selections. It is pretty exciting, you have the ability to put your expertise into several different areas, rather than be confined to just one department. All of the managers are trained in “front of the house” and “back of the house” operations so they have the skills to be able to effectively “move the needle” in any and all areas of the operation.

When you work for Bertucci’s you get to do real Italian cooking in a real Italian restaurant. Our kitchens don’t have microwaves or deep fryers. When you start your day at Bertucci’s you begin by lighting the fire in the Brick oven (which is truly the heart of Bertucci’s). You then start to prepare the fresh ingredients for roasting. We make all of our dough daily in the kitchen.

Store Manager (or Manager in Training) Job - JoS. A. Bank - Mansfield

Store Manager’s duties and responsibilities include:

• Supervising staffand enforce compliance with company policy and procedure.
• Instructing their staff on merchandise features including new/add-on items, marking and fitting techniques, fashion trends, determining what type of garments are desired, and appropriateness of garments for particular occasions.
• Leading customers through the sales process of selecting, coordinating and purchasing traditional business and casual clothing and accessory options designed for the upscale professional man.
• Providing the highest Customer Service standards while maintaining a professional demeanor and personal presentation at all times.
• Maintaining the company’s visual merchandise standards for the entire store, including general housekeeping cleanliness.
• Overseeing all store operations including the Tuxedo rental program and the Tailor Shop.
• Utilizing company resources to generate traffic to maintain customer contact and to build their stores’ book of business.
• Opening and/or closing their stores.

Warehouse/Driver -Insulation Distributors, Inc. - Mansfield

Driver and General Warehouse position available for a building materials distributor. Need to have some Forklift experience and a good driving record. Position also requires loading and unloading of trucks, ability to lift 80 lbs and able to get a DOT medical card required. Valid Driver's License a must. This is a Full Time position.

Candidate will do local and regional deliveries; ability to drive a 24' truck. Candidate will work with customers and assist warehouse manager as needed by helping on the phones and entering orders in our computer system.

• DOT medical card (able to receive one or renew it).
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Basic computer and customer service skills a plus.
