Shift Supervisor - Qdoba Mexican Grill - Mansfield

Shift Supervisors support the management team in all aspects of service, quality, cleanliness, labor, costs, production, and maintenance for the restaurant during the assigned shift. Must be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of a cook, line server, and cashier.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Create guest orders as requested and ensure the accuracy and quality of each order.
• Pays careful attention to presentation of food both on the line and incoming (e.g. pulls plastic wrap off items before coming to the line).
• Contribute to managing the overall physical restaurant.
• Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries and/or practices.
• Helps control food and labor costs by monitoring sales, productivity and product and making necessary adjustments.
• Oversees the preparation and creation of food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Interact with and engage guests and other Team Members.
• Coordinate activities of workers to ensure overall guest satisfaction which includes service, quality and cleanliness.

Need A Full-time Nanny - Mansfield

We are looking for a Nanny to come to our home during the day and care for our newborn son. We are comfortable with one person or a Nanny share. The hours of care will be Monday through Friday, from around 6:15am to around 5:30pm. Our son will be about 3 1/2 months old when the care begins. Rate:$5 / Hour - $15 / Hour

Hands-on Quality Assurance Engineer to provide quality assurance support to medical device development and validation efforts.
