Field Reimbursement Manager-Vascular U.S. - Covidien - Mansfield

Senior Medical Device GUI Software Engineer -Nachman Biomedical - Mansfield

Qualifications:

BS in Software, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or similar discipline; an MS is a plus.

At least seven years of industry experience as an engineer developing product software, including at least three years developing graphical user interfaces and vision software.

A minimum of four years experience in a regulated industry, preferably medical devices.

Ability to implement and debug embedded, real-time systems.

A proven record of taking projects to completion. 

Deep working knowledge of C++ / C programming applied to the development of software architectures using object oriented design approaches, and UML tools.

Experience implementing software on Debian Linux or Microsoft Windows. Experience with XP embedded, and OpenGL are pluses.

Experience designing and implementing user interface devices, including Graphical User Interface and external devices such as joystick controllers, touch screens, or custom devices.

Experience designing and implementing software to reconstruct camera images.

Industrial or academic experience that includes developing sophisticated electro-mechanical devices such as medical diagnostic equipment, infusion pumps, automotive industry, or robots.

Start-up experience or experience in a fast paced development environment. 

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
