Responsibilities:

  • Lead the corporate eCommerce team.
  • Responsible for driving sales and increasing conversion for all of our sites working in partnership with the Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail teams.
  • Identify solutions that best position brand for success in the changing consumer marketplace.
  • Lead the development of a site merchandising and marketing messaging strategic plan in partnership with merchandising and marketing leadership teams to deliver successful financial results.
  • Build business partnerships with strategic product vendors that support the growth of the eCommerce business.
  • Ensure teams are actively applying customer insights and business performance data to the development of strategic and tactical direction.
  • Stay current on industry practices and issues, assessing and communicating their potential impact on the business.
  • In partnership with brand's Ecommerce Leadership team, prioritize the development of new site functionality, interfaces, and services.
  • Deliver annual team resource, expense, and performance plans in support of eCommerce goals and objectives.
  • Build capacity of individuals and teams through effective employee development, involvement, communication, and supervision efforts.
  • Effectively plan and execute changes.

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in e-Commerce required
  • 5+ years progressive corporate management with leadership in a sales, marketing, or merchandising role required.
  • Knowledge of retail and distribution processes with experience in multi-channel retailing preferred.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in balancing and managing the creative aspects of building effective ecommerce customer experiences while achieving the quantitative demands of cross-channel sales.
  • Proven experience establishing vision and goals; developing strategic and tactical plans; and leading cross-divisional teams in accomplishing key strategic initiatives required
  • Knowledge of business principles from multiple disciplines and ability to apply these principles in driving change/outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities required.

Occupational Therapist at Amedisys

Description:

 Occupational Therapist will care for patients in their homes, build relationships and will share the challenges and triumphs of day-to-day life.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of an occupational therapy program at a school of occupational therapy approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of American Medical Association or the committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Current and unencumbered license to practice occupational therapy specific to that state the employee is assigned to work by the Company.
  • One (1) year of occupational therapy experience preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.

Principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Food Prep
    Completing hot and cold food preparation assignment accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion
  • Following recipes accurately and maintaining food preparation processes such as marinating, seasoning, and grilling meats; chopping herbs; dicing, cutting, and slicing vegetables
  • Preparing food throughout the day as needed, anticipating and reacting to customer volume
  • Maintaining appropriate portion control and consistently monitoring food levels on the line

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service or other work environment working with the public
  • Prior supervisory experience in one of the above environments
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis - Greater than 50 pounds = 1 Associate per 50 pounds
  • Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving about the departments within the store. Physical activities include using hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
