Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business Administration, Real Estate or Public Administration preferable), or equivalent knowledge or experience.

Experience: Three years of related work experience. CPHM (Certified Public Housing Manager), LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit ) or CPM (Certified Property Manager) certification preferable. Experience as a manager or assistant manager of a public or private apartment/condo complex with responsibilities for leasing/admission, maintenance, management of administrative, maintenance or contract employees, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications, Abilities and Skills: Must be familiar with housing management, budgeting, housing agency regulations and if applicable, the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, HUD, and/or Public Housing program. The candidate must possess strong organizational and management skills and the demonstrated ability to work as a critical member of a team that is committed to building strong communities. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Yardi proficiency preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, flexible, and detail oriented. Ability to interact effectively with persons of all ethnic and educational backgrounds to include listening, sensitivity to other’s feelings, needs and point of view. Tact and courtesy in all interactions.

Working Conditions: Ability to physically inspect the property in its entirety to include walking/climbing stairs, and ability to withstand all weather conditions. Must respond to ‘after hours’ emergencies.

Special Requirements: Must possess and maintain a vehicle and valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record history to obtain and maintain employment.

Project Coordinator

Must be able to maintain and manage relationships while assuring that work is performed in accordance with project requirements.

Provides subcontractors with information and support, as outlined within contract specifications, to allow work to proceed as scheduled.

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates supplier and contractor activities, products, and reports for adherence to the requirements. Monitors and tracks all open transactions.

Follows up, coordinates and communicates with managers, engineers, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure that applicable codes and specifications are met.

Ability to performs QA/QC function on construction and site acquisition submittals. Reviews & approves site specific documents.

Reviews contract specifications to determine all documentation submittals required for payment from our customer.

Demonstrates ability to maintain multiple projects and priorities at one time and effectively finish projects in a timely manner.

Temporary Excel Guru Needed for Rebates and Tracing Administ - Kelly Services - Mansfield

Immediate, full-time position for an individual with at least 5 years of experience in Real Estate Closing Transactions. 
 
Candidate must have knowledge and skill in the area of Residential Real Estate transactions and must be able to complete the entire process from the receipt of an initial title order through the closing of a file.  Requirements include: completing title searches, ordering title searches from approved abstractors, reviewing title notes, preparing preliminary title commitments, processing files in closing software, preparing HUD-1, processing all closing documents, disbursing settlement funds, preparing final title policies, closing and auditing files.
 
Candidate must be detailed-oriented, a self-starter, be able to work independently with little direction, have excellent oral and written communication skills and be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Quickbooks.
 
It is also a plus if the candidate has any familiarity or experience in the areas of estate planning and business/corporate matters and has knowledge of e-closing software.  A paralegal degree is preferred, but not required.   Full-time, permanent position in a great work environment.
