The Foxborough Board of Selectmen in November reviewed the application for a new common victuallers license for Capriotti's Sandwich Shop at Patriot Place, which is famously known for its signature "Bobbie" subs. Both the restaurant's owners and the town's officials shared excitement over the shop's opening by the end of 2012. 

 

Foxboro Manadrin and the Blue Fin Lounge, the latter of which is located in Bass Pro Shops at Patriot Place, were penalized in November for serving alcohol to a minor during a Sept. 27 compliance check performed by Foxborough police. It was one of several establishments to be fined during the course of the month.

Waxy O'Connor's in Jeopardy of Losing Liquor License Following Most Recent Alleged Violation

In the same light, Waxy O'Connor's Irish Pub was found to be allegedly in violation of its liquor license for the fourth time since 2011, after Foxborough Police reported the establishment served alcohol to a minor during a September compliance check operation in town.

Bar Louie’s Liquor License Suspended 5 Days for Serving to Minor 

Moreover, Bar Louie at Patriot Place was prohibited from selling alcohol between Nov. 25-29, as it served a suspension imposed by Foxborough’s Board of Selectmen for serving alcohol to a minor on Sept. 27. It was Bar Louie’s second liquor license violation within the town’s three-year reach of regulation.

Montione's Bakery, which has been serving pastries in Massachusetts since 1988, began selling its product in the North End in Boston in the early 1990s. The Norton bakery now ships its specialty twice-dipped biscotti nationwide, as well as sells retail and wholesale and caters weddings and special events.

Jake's Wayback Burgers opened its doors in Stoughton this past month at the corner of Washington Street and Central Street, in the building last occupied by Little Caesar's Pizza. The restaurant offers music, fresh cooked food, and a friendly atmosphere.

Get Free Frozen Yogurt at Orange Leaf While Helping Local Families in Need

Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt at Cobbs Corner in Canton is collecting donations from customers this holiday season as part of the Orange Leaf Pajama Drive. Locally, the drive will benefit Father Bill’s & MainSpring (FBMS), the leading provider of emergency shelter, housing and supportive services in the South Shore area. Customers who donate one new pair of pajamas at the Canton Orange Leaf location (next to Five Guys Burgers) will be rewarded with a free 3-ounce serving of Frozen Yogurt.
