3. Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required.

4. Current CPR certification.

5. Able to assess patient status and identify requirements relative to age specific needs.

6. Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer, such as, user names and password concepts; internet; e-mail; navigation of computer desktop, including starting programs, using files, and windows, effectively use navigation buttons and tool bars; ability to self-manage online HR services and online training programs.

Project Coordinator -Corporate Consulting Services, Inc.- Mansfield

IOCALS ONLY

This position is to primarily assist the PMO with selection and on boarding logistics, templates and methodology documentation, program/​project logistics among other activities.​ This position will report into the Senior Program Manager in the PMO.​ Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

I.​ Selection and On boarding

1.​ Scheduling interviews for contractor PM (Project Manager)

2.​ Follow ups and document job descriptions for PM

3.​ Draft SOWs and obtain signatures to obtain signal POs.​ Work with legal, sourcing and procurements to establish or update contracts /​ SOWs

4.​ Arrange for logistics (space, phone, laptop, software etc.​) for consultants

5.​ Go through tactical on boarding with consultants (functioning laptop, printer/​scanner, tour of facilities, badge etc.​)

6.​ Maintain and update the list of global PMs periodically

II.​ Tools, templates and methodology

7.​ Address corrections /​updates and make additions to the PMO Toolkit as prescribed by Rani based on requests from the PMO team,

8.​ Email to the team on the changes/​updates to the toolkit

9.​ Maintain change control log for the updates

10.​ Assist in creation of guidance and templates for new processes (stage gate reviews, financial tracking, meeting tracking, stakeholder matrix, team organization etc.​)

11.​ Administer survey to get feedback from project stakeholders on PM

III.​ Other areas

12.​ Document meeting minutes and set up agenda.​ Review and distribute meeting minutes and agenda for all related meetings

13.​ Prepare PowerPoint presentations and excel reports /​ dashboards

14.​ Update project schedules in MS Project

15.​ Manage documentation and artifacts as required by the project, including version and change control.​ Be the librarian for related documents

16.​ Establish and maintain logs for action item, issue and risk

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education required/​ preferred:
• AS degree or equivalent work experience.​

Experience:
• 2-4 years experience in a regulated industry, preferably a medical device industry, or equivalent work experience.​
