General Statement of Duties:  Sells features and benefits of apartment living to prospective and current residents. Achieves and maintains occupancy goals.  Responsible for all phases of the leasing process.

Supervision Received:  Reports to Property Manager and/or Assistant Property Manager.

Part-time: 20 hours per week. Saturday work is required 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Essential Functions of the Position:  (Any one position may not include all of the duties listed, nor do the listed examples include all that may be found in positions of this class.) Builds relationships with prospective and current residents and coordinates all phases of the leasing process: intakes, interviews, processing, preparation and distribution of applications. Provides polished and professional sales tours of the model apartment, vacant apartments and community amenities. Achieves tiered rent levels and occupancy goals. Coordinates and prepares annual lease renewals and income re-certifications. Updates daily turnover log, maintains waiting list, prepares weekly leasing reports and market study. Prepares lease packages and supplemental documents for new move-ins. Fosters a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, communities and associated agencies. Enforces and adheres to company policies, rules and regulations.

Education and Experience:

Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.  Two years sales/leasing experience desirable.

Qualifications and Skills:  Strong math skills and attention to detail required.  Knowledge of subsidy regulations preferred.  Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.  Highly motivated and able to work independently. Ability to handle resident or building emergency situations if needed. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required.

Our client is looking for an Applications Engineer to work as a Contract Administrator for a 6 month assignment. Will be responsible for interpreting naval inquiries, preparing technical quotes, and interfacing with Navy and civilian customers.

Experience with materials and sourcing is a big plus. Will look at quotes to make sure the proper materials are in stock.  BS degree preferred but will consider strong candidate with Associates Degree. Sr.​ IT Systems Administrator

Job Summary

The Sr.​ IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for working with business unit managers and lab scientists to support and maintain all IT systems, both LIMS and instrument based, within Alpha Analytical lab spaces.​   In addition, the individual in this role will provide day to day support for standard desktop hardware, the database, network, file servers, and associated hardware at both our Mansfield and Westborough facilities.​ 

Requirements:

Education:   BS/​BA in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Experience
:  Minimum 3 to 5 years of IT experience in a laboratory environment and at least 2 years experience writing and generating Microsoft Visual Basic applications.​  A strong background in  the administration of both Linux and Windows servers, problem solving skills, and experience in working with clients to track and resolve issues are all essential to this role.

Position Qualifications:

The Sr.​ IT Systems Administrator must have a solid IT background, excellent interpersonal skills, and be motivated to develop an in-depth knowledge of Alphas Lab Instruments and their associated software.​  This individual must be a strong team player and be able to lead projects to design, develop, and install new applications to support operational activities within the labs.​  The Sr.​ IT Systems Administrator needs to have excellent verbal and written skills (in English).

Minimum Required Skills:

Must have a solid working knowledge of both lab instruments and instrument processing software.​  Knowledge of Enviroquant and Chemstation a plus. Must have a working knowledge of the configuration and administration of laboratory information management systems (LIMS). A strong knowledge of programming and application development is required.​  While direct experience in Perl, Shell, Java, and/​or SQL are a big plus.

Knowledge of LAN and WAN configuration and maintenance is required. Experience with open source applications is essential. Knowledge of enterprise backup solutions is considered a plus. A fundamental knowledge of database operations and maintenance is required, while direct experience in Oracle 10, 10g; and Postgres are a plus. Candidate must be able to travel between Mansfield and Westborough locations as needed. Knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports is a plus.

Job Summary
Planner will be responsible for all planning functions and activities to support the product line from scheduling to shipment.  Evaluate and execute all material requirement plans by using an ERP system to meet corporate initiatives. 
 
Requirements
Provide, coordinate, and execute monthly shipment targets while ensuring customer on-time delivery.  Develop and improve planning techniques to minimize inventory levels, improve Cash Flow, and maximize efficiencies.  Work with Sales Team to forecast inventory levels to support future business opportunities.  Review, evaluate, and implement the most efficient means of production supporting Cost System initiatives.  Make intelligent and timely decisions to insure effective use of Company resources such as people, money, and equipment.  Candidate must be able to fully coordinate the product line from scheduling of Sales Orders to shipment of product. 
 
BS degree in a technical/engineering discipline or business management, or equivalent work experience.  Minimum of 5 years of experience in the planning function, preferably in engineered products.
