Payroll Assisstant -KForce - Mansfield

Client in the Mansfield, MA area is seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant to assist their team for approximately 2 weeks.

Responsibilities include

Assisting with payroll processing by reconciling timecards and hours for employees, inputting new hire information into payroll system and assisting with orientation process and working on special projects as needed.The ideal candidate for this position will possess: 2+ years of experience in a medium to large corporate payroll department, an understanding of ADP Enterprise software, experience inputting new hire information into a payroll system and an upbeat attitude and the ability to work well in a team oriented environment.

Pharmacy Technician - - Mansfield

The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

   Ensure prompt service in the Pharmacy department by assisting customers and operating the cash register. Accept customer and prescription information, including refill authorization, from doctor’s offices where permitted by state law. Retrieve the appropriate medication from inventory where permitted by state law. Create prescription labels and put them on prescription containers where permitted by state law. Place medication into prescription containers where permitted by state law. Reconstitute oral liquids where permitted by state law. Combine medication for dispensing to customers where permitted by state law. Input customer and prescription data into the computer system where permitted by law. Complete paperwork related to filling prescriptions. Assist with maintaining the Pharmacy department by keeping it clean and in order. Rite Aid is an equal opportunity employer

 Minimum age of 18 years old as required by state law.  Ability to pass drug test.  Committed to providing customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated.  Ability to preserve confidentiality of information.  Ability to work weekends on a frequent basis.  Ability to work extended days on a rare basis.  Ability to work day or evening hours.  Accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus 1 year experience in retail and/or pharmacy operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Part-Time Leasing Consultant- Beacon Communities - Mansfield

General Statement of Duties:  Sells features and benefits of apartment living to prospective and current residents. Achieves and maintains occupancy goals.  Responsible for all phases of the leasing process.

 

Supervision Received:  Reports to Property Manager and/or Assistant Property Manager.

 

Supervision Exercised:  No supervisory duties required.

 

Part-time: 20 hours per week. Saturday work is required 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.

 

Essential Functions of the Position:  (Any one position may not include all of the

duties listed, nor do the listed examples include all that may be

found in positions of this class.)

 

·         Builds relationships with prospective and current residents and coordinates all phases of the leasing process: intakes, interviews, processing, preparation and distribution of applications.

·         Provides polished and professional sales tours of the model apartment, vacant apartments and community amenities.

·         Achieves tiered rent levels and occupancy goals.

·         Coordinates and prepares annual lease renewals and income re-certifications.

·         Updates daily turnover log, maintains waiting list, prepares weekly leasing reports and market study.

·         Prepares lease packages and supplemental documents for new move-ins.

·         Fosters a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, communities and associated agencies.

·         Enforces and adheres to company policies, rules and regulations.

 

 

Education and Experience:

Associates degree or equivalent work experience required. 

Two years sales/leasing experience desirable.

 

Qualifications and Skills:  Strong math skills and attention to detail required.  Knowledge of subsidy regulations preferred.  Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.  Highly motivated and able to work independently. Ability to handle resident or building emergency situations if needed. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required.
