2-4 Inches of Snow From Wintry Mix Expected to Hit Mansfield

Mansfield will get snow from the storm expected to hit most of the state Monday night and into Tuesday.

Spring may be around the corner but winter would apparently like to stick around as long as possible. According to WHDH, Mansfield can expect to receive 2-4 inches of snow as part of a wintry mix expected to hit the state Monday night into Tuesday.

According to Jeremy Reiner in the 7Weather Blog, "Tuesday will be a stormy day across the region with snow for just about everyone during the morning rush and mix of snow, sleet & rain along the coast by mid morning and just plain rain for the immediate coast by noon. It will stay in the form of all snow for the I-495/ Rt2 region. The storm will be with us for the day, not tapering off until mid evening."

In anticipation of the snow, the National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for northern Bristol County.
