1. Today's Forecast From the National Weather Service

  • Today: A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 4pm. Increasing clouds, with a high near 59. Southwest wind 9 to 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
  • Tonight: A chance of showers, mainly before 7pm. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming clear, with a low around 27. West wind around 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

2. Police Chief Swearing in Ceremony

Sergeant Ronald Sellon will be sworn in today as the new Mansfield Chief of Police in a special ceremony at Mansfield High School at 5:30 p.m.

4. Hop-A-Thon at Kindercare

Join us by helping raise money for MDA. 

On April 1st we will be hosting our first Hop-A-Thon to help support MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association) in our local community.  Over the past few weeks our students have been learning disability awareness and how they can help some of our friends!

5. Summer Preschool Kids Workshop Registration

From the Town of Mansfield:

Registration for the summer session of the Preschool Kids Workshop class begins today. You may register in the office, by email, or call 508-851-6459.  The summer session begins Wednesday, May 15 and will run for six weeks.
