Blog on Mansfield Patch!

Got something to say? Patch.com has a platform for local bloggers.

Mansfield Patch has made room for local bloggers on the site.

We're looking for bloggers who can sound off on various topics, share their personality and engage our readers in discussions.

Patch is more than a news site, it's an online conversation about your community.

    * Are you an expert craftsman or hobbyist who can share do-it-yourself tips?

    * Do you have strong opinions about local government?

    * Can you just make us all laugh?

    * Can you write compellingly?

Then, we want to hear from you!

Whether it's food, family, schools, government, business, social issues, exercise, fashion or business— if it's your thing, we'd like you to consider blogging for Patch. A few local residents have already taken advantage of the opportunity.

If it has a local connection, we’re interested. Anyone may apply.

Best part, you can do it on your schedule, whether that's posting multiple entries per day or a couple times a month.

Patch won't own what you post, so you can repost your entries to your other blogs. While this isn’t a paid position, Patch is providing local bloggers an online platform to have their words seen by a larger audience.

Opinions are awesome, particularly well-thought-out ones, backed up with facts. But personal insults, unfounded claims and defamation are not what we're looking for. We’ll review blog entries submitted to Mansfield Patch to ensure there are no libelous claims and to correct any typos.

If you'd like to find out more about the opportunity to share your unique voice with our readers, let us know by emailing Jeff.Sullivan@patch.com
