FIve Things to do for February 25

Sports, movies and owls and a touch of the "Boss" highlight entertainment options.

1. Basketball will be a topic of discussion throughout town today at both the Mansfield High boys’ and girls’ basketball teams will start preparing for the Division 1 state tournaments. The Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association will be announcing the pairings today.

2. Dressbarn is hosting its ninth annual clothing donation starting today and ending Sunday, Feb. 27, at 1250 S. Washington St Unit 10, North Attleboro. The program's goal is to provide unemployed women, who are looking for work with the proper outfit for a job interview. The program is being run all across the country.  Dressbarn has paired up with Dress for Success, the international non-profit organization that supports female economic independence to collect articles of professional attire. All dressbarn locations nationwide will serve as drop-off sites for gently used suits, dresses, skirts, slacks, blouses, belts and shoes that will be used to benefit low-income women who are looking for employment. Additionally, Dressbarn stores will offer donors an additional 15-percent total purchase savings in gratitude for their generosity. 

3. Explore owls tonight at the Mass Audubon’s Oak Knoll Wildlife Sanctuary) 1417 Park St, Attleboro, from 6:30-8 p.m. This will be a chance to see and study owls in the natural habit. Visit their Website at http://www.massaudubon.org/oakknoll,  phone: 508-223-3060

4. There will be a touch of Jersey with a douse of Long Island at Showcase Live at Patriot Place. Tramps Like Us will re-creating Bruce Springsteen's Nassau Coliseum Show. Doors open at 6 p.m. for 8 p.m. show.

5. Now for something totally different. At 11 p.m., Orpheum Theatre Presents the cult classic "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." Light up the night with one of the most famous cult favorites, ever!
