Five Things You Need to Know April 5

Baseball, softball and classical music. More diversity could not be asked for.

1. The will be holding a seminar focused on the communication between spouses concerning their financial goals and aspirations. You can register for the class, entitled Let's Talk, here. The seminar will be presented by Julie Bernick of Money Managment International of Massachusetts. The event is free, and starts at 6 p.m.

2. The Hornets baseball and softball teams have a big day today; weather permitting. The Boys Varsity Baseball will be playing at the Walpole High School at 275 Common St. at 3:30 p.m.The Girls Varsity Softball team will be playing as well, at 3:45 at the Milton High School on 25 Gile Rd. Come out and support the Green Hornets in some hostile territory!

3. The will b hosting an Evening of Classical Music tonight at 7 p.m. High School violinist Katherine Hrach will be playing Bach's G minor Sonata No. 1 and Prokofiev's Concerto No. 2. She is currently studying with Peter Zazofsky of Boston University, and wants to major in music in college. She currently plays principal second violin in the New England Conservatory Youth Symphony. She also gives lessons at Mockingbird Music in Mansfield and in Easton.

4. The in Foxborough is hosting a free workshop on making clay pottery and clay sculpture. Anyone who signs up to take classes at the studio during the free workshop gets a discount coupon for the first sessions. All materials for the workshop are free. Starts at 6:30 p.m.
