Meterologists are now saying that a new storm, named Katia, is forming in the Atlantic and could be shaping up to be a large storm. With many Massachusetts towns still , another storm like Irene would, as the saying goes, kick us while we're down.
The one silver lining is that the storm does not apper to be heading towards land.
