Help for Caregivers

Are you the one who holds the family together, providing support
for family members even when it is not easy? Are your days filled with your
caregiving commitments leaving little time for yourself? Then please join us
for “Help for Caregivers” being held at Mansfield Adult Day Health Center, 300
Branch Street in Mansfield, which is a program of Community VNA. Presenters Jay
M. Elias, Esq., General Counsel and Managing Partner and Judith Lynn Gordon,
RN, BSN, Community Outreach Manager both of Dyer-Lake will explore ways to gain
a better understanding of caregiver issues, options to help you cope as a
caregiver, and validation of the feelings and challenges of caregiving. This educational program is free and open to the public.
