Mass Audubon's Volunteer Work Day at Oak Knoll Wildlife Sanctuary

After a rough winter our trails need a little TLC.  Help us cut back some vegetation and invasive species and move a few logs to make trails at Oak Knoll a great place to take a stroll.

Or
See what it takes to plant a Fern Garden!  Lay out and plant a native fern garden and find out what native ferns would grow well in your yard.

Or
Spread some compost, plant a few flowers and shrubs, and enjoy the beauty of Oak Knoll's Birds & Butterflies Garden or our new Wetland Garden.

While You're Here:  Learn good planting techniques, how adding compost to the garden encourages beneficial insects, and what plants attract pollinators.  Bring a brown-bag lunch to enjoy, then stay to explore our trails.
