"Call For Artists!" - An Opportunity to Work with A Professional Artist on the Mansfield Mural

The Mansfield Community Mural is a non-profit project, supervised by a professional muralist and painted by volunteers. All funds are raised through donation, sponsorships and grants.

The Mansfield Mural project is breaking ground and with this momentous occasion comes an opportunity for aspiring artists to learn and work closely with a professional working artist. Muralist Ian Gaudreau is looking for artists of all skill levels to help with various tasks to complete the mural, including painting!

Artists will have the unique opportunity to learn, observe and participate in: transferring design concepts to Large format, color mixing, drawing and painting techniques both complex and simple. Volunteers will gain knowledge of the artists techniques and process while gaining resume building experience.

A semi-formal free portfolio review featuring muralist, Ian Gaudreau, will be held Saturday, May 18th. Artists are encouraged to bring recent work that will portrait their skill level. Participants will receive feedback about their work and find out more information about getting involved in this unique opportunity.
