Obituary: Beverly J. Healy

Beverly J. (Knowlton) Healy, born Feb. 26, 1941, died Oct. 2, 2013, after a courageous fight with lung cancer. Beverly grew up in Ipswich, where she attended Ipswich High School. She worked for many years as a travel agent, a career that took her all around the world.

Besides her love for travel, Beverly also enjoyed the beach, trying new recipes, planning holidays and birthdays for friends and family, and all sports, especially her New England Patriots.

She leaves her sisters, Donna Blakely of Ipswich, Kathy Dilworth of Berwick, Maine, and Joanne Labounty of Amesbury. She is also leaves her children, Mark of Mandurrah, Eastern Australia, Kenneth of Boston, Elizabeth Sheibley-Goldrosen of Whitman, and Andrey of Indianapolis, Ind. She was preceded in death by her son, David, who passed away in 2010. Beverly's true loves were her grandchildren, Jeremy Healy of Indianapolis, Ind., Benjamin and Rebecca Sheibley of Bridgewater, Joshua, Ethan, and Tyler Healy of Australia. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews.

The family welcomes friends and loved ones to celebrate Beverlys life at Fultons Duck Pond located on the corner of Rumford Avenue and West Street, Mansfield, Friday, Oct. 11, at 11 a.m. Donations may be made in Beverlys memory to Our Daily Bread Food Pantry, c/o Orthodox Congregational Church, 15 West St., Mansfield, MA 02048.
