Obituary: Deborah Day

Deborah J. Day in Mansfield, formerly of Winthrop, passed away unexpectedly at home, on November 24, 2012. She was 61. She was the devoted mother of Matthew K. Day Sr. and his wife Colleen of Mansfield.

Born in Winthrop, she was the cherished daughter of the late Robert K. and F. Joan (Goodwin) Day Sr. Dear sister of Andrea M. Boyan of East Boston, Gerald G. Day of Winthrop, Richard W. Day of Boston and the late Robert K. Day Jr. and Gregory E. Day. Adored grandmother of Theresa G. Paul K. Matthew K. Jr. Isabella M. and Robert J. Day.

Funeral from the Maurice W. Kirby Funeral Home 210 Winthrop St. Winthrop on Friday, Nov. 30, at 9 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. John the Evangelist Church-Winthrop at 10am. Relatives and friends are invited.

Cremation will be private. Visiting hours at the funeral home will be held on Thurs. only from 4-7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the COPD Foundation 2937 SW 27th Ave Suite 302 Miami, FL. 33133.
