She was always the biggest fan on the sidelines for her children and grandchildren's sporting events. She loved her family parties, welcoming all at Christmas Eve and the annual bocce competition on the 4th of July. And a gambler at heart, she always looked forward to her monthly trips to play the slots down in Rhode Island.

Sparrow and her companion Gregory Fournier of Lakeville. She was the cherished grandmother of Kyle, Keith and Kody Hebert and Devin Sparrow. She was the dear sister of Barbara Levya of New Hampshire, Norman Ross of New York, Paul Ross of Rhode Island and the late Dorothy Smith.
