Best of Patch: Mansfield Residents Choose Hairaholic for their Favorite Salon

Style is one of the major aspects of our lives that is 100 percent subjective, but Mansfield residents have spoken on their favorite place to find their style.

Mansfield's won this week against seven other salons. The voting got heated versus , which came in second and Joseph Witt Salon, which came in third.

"I'm so happy, it's very exciting," Hairaholics owner Rachel Sanson said. "I just got back from Florida. I came back and all the girls were talking about it because they ended up sharing it on Facebook."

Sanson said she started the salon in 2010 with a few friends she worked with at other places.

" I've always wanted to own my own salon," she said. "The girls who work with me, we've all been together for such a long time. In 2010 there were five of us and now there's ten. It's been really great."

Hairaholics had 313 votes during the week. Next week, we'll see what bar is the best place in Mansfield to celebrate Saint Patrick's Day.
