What a joke? (not)

Ya, Let me gate this straight for you. All these kids grew up together. Our family moved here in 1997,all of the kids grew up as children my youngest was 6 my oldest was 11. There's 7 boys in the neighborhood.they have been playing there for years before these people moved in next door to us. We havent had a problem before. But thier old and I hope it will never come to that for me livingout my golden years. They really nice elderly housing these days Ithink that thier in the mid 60's.Anyway his house is on the third base line or his mail box is.The ball (missile) hardly ever hits the house and a window was never broken. We moved and that just wasnt enough. All the time the police were involed ,thats thier joband they did it well.they really had no chioce there, thier to uphold the bylaw??.Since when is playing ball in the street a bylaw If you could see the smile on these kids faces they grew up in this nieghborhood for 21 yrs. the kids changed to hockey and football. Not anymore. So what do you do? You must see this bylaw the ball any ball(hockey puck)is considered a missile.I hope that anyone in the town sees anyone playing base football hockey calls Mansfield police and tell them that we under attack theres kids in my nieghborhood playing ball.Th sould take the word ball out of the bylaw for kids sake or your children may end up hangging on the conner. And it wasnt noise I guess the could have said noise and we all woulh have understood like distrubing the peace.I think these people are very vindictive, old miserable people with nothing else better to do. I hope your happy and we dont want to use the parks there full mostlly when the kids go there and Im willing to bet if they got hurt on town property the tonw would not accept liablity cuase they had no permit .Im moving! Im disgusted! I think this guy should loose his man card and make that a bylaw
