Police Log: 98 Taken into Custody at Last Weekend's Comcast Center Concerts, Reckless Driving, and More

May 30

8:56 p.m. - After responding to a two car accident on South Main Street, police arrested and charged David Laidlaw, 49, of Norton with an OUI, operating a vehicle negligently so as to endanger, and an unsafe lane change.

May 31

6:44 a.m. - Receiving a report of two allegedly intoxicated females outside an Eddy Street home, police responded to the report and found the two women who recently returned home from partying.

An off-duty officer later reported that the car almost hit his vehicle earlier in the morning and stated that the their car was all over the roadway.

After the off-duty officer was able to identify the driver, police arrested and charge Katrina Mitchell, 45, of Mansfield with an OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, and malicious damage to a vehicle.

Comcast Center Concerts

On the weekend of June 2-3, the Comcast Center hosted Jam'n 94.5 Summer Jam and country singer Luke Bryan. During Saturday's Summer Jam concert, there were 15 arrests and 31 protective custodies. Overall, 46 people were taken into custody.

At Sunday's Luke Bryan show, police arrested 14 people and took 38 more into protective custody for a total of 52 custodies.

During the entire weekend, 98 people were taken into custody.

• Sarah Landry, 19, of Blackstone was arrested and charged with person under 21 possession of liquor.
• Sean Stone, 19, of Blackstone was arrested and charged with person under 21 possession of liquor.
• Nicholas Ouitzau 19, of was arrested and charged with person under 21 possession of liquor and forging/misusing a RMV document.
• Andrew Nartowicz, 18, of Norton was arrested and charged with person under 21 possession of liquor.
• A 17 year old was arrested and charged with person under 21 possession of liquor.
• Michael Adams, 20, of Pittsfield was arrested and charged with possession of a Class C drug.
• Kevin Phelps, 20, of Bow, NH was arrested and charged with person under 21 possession of liquor and misleading an investigator.
• Adriano Meira De Oliveira, 28, of Milford was arrested and charged with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over.
• Jarrod Neilan, 20, of Taunton was arrested and charged with person under 21 possession of liquor.
• A 17 year old was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault and battery on a police officer.
• David Langan, 18, from Sandwich was arrested and charged with person under 21 possession of liquor.
• Avery Simms, 48, of the Bronx, NY was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 16 year old was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a police officer, and resisting arrest.
• Hannah Fitzsimmons, 21, of Barnstable was arrested and charged with trespassing.
