Alleged Robbers See Charges Reduced

Alleged armed robbers in October drug scheme saw charges reduced in court on Wednesday.

Prosecutors in the Attleboro district court reduced charges on Mansfield men who allegedly tried to rob a drug dealer in October, according to the Sun Chronicle.

The suspects were initially charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery, but when it was determined the the suspects had in fact attempted to commit the robbery with a BB gun, the charge was lessened (not neccessarily due to this discovery) to conspiracy to commit larceny from a person.

Israel Rivera, 17, of 14 Pine Needle Lane; Sean D. Boswell Jr., 18, of 101 Chilson Ave., second floor: Hayden Cormier, 18, of 479 North Main St.  and Mark C. Medeiros, 19, of 18 Fuller Place were all charged in the crime.
