DA: Framingham Man Stabbed Unfaithful Teenage Wife To Death

Prosecutor said, Wednesday in court, the Framingham man lived in the apartment with his wife's dead body before fleeing to Mexico with the couple's oldest child. He was upset the wife's 2-week old baby was not his daughter.

A Framingham man when he learned the baby girl, born July 23, 2010, was the product of an extramarital affair stabbed his unfaithful teenage wife to death and then lived in their apartment for days with her decaying corpse and their older child before fleeing solo to Mexico, prosecutors said Wednesday in Middlesex District Superior Court in Woburn.

Heather Alleyne, just two weeks after delivering her daughter Neveah — heaven spellled backward — and one day after she gave up custody of the infant to the baby’s biological father to save her marriage, “suffered a brutal and excruciating death,” Assistant Middlesex District Attorney Joseph Gentile Jr. said on the opening day of Kyle Alleyne’s trial on first-degree murder charges, reported the Boston Herald.

Heather's grieving mother in court Wednesday told prosecutors she recalled telling her son-in-law, “Don’t you hurt my Heather” — unaware her missing daughter lay dead yards away wrapped in trash bags and zipped into a sleeping bag, reported the Boston Herald.

In October 2010, Kyle Alleyne, was arraigned on murder charges in connection with the stabbing death of his wife, just 19.

According to the authorities, on Monday, Aug. 9 at about 6 p.m. Framingham Police responded to 1325A Worcester Rd. for a well being check upon request from the victim’s mother.

Upon entering the apartment, officers observed the victim, obviously deceased, located in the bedroom area of the apartment. Obvious signs of a struggle, blood, and evidence that a clean-up was attempted was observed in the room.  Framingham Police and Massachusetts State Police assigned to the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office launched an immediate investigation into the circumstances of the victim’s death.

The medical examiner ruled the victim’s death a homicide caused by sharp force wounds of the neck, torso, and extremities with injuries of large blood vessels and the larynx.

It is alleged the defendant stabbed the victim inside their bedroom sometime after the late evening of Aug. 4 or the following day and then lived in the apartment until he fled the Framingham area on Aug. 7.

The defendant was apprehended on Aug. 14 in Laredo, Texas, as he attempted to re-enter the U.S. from Mexico.

Ryan: It was the prosecutor in the opening statement at court, who described her as "unfaithful." This is a tragic story, but she was in the eyes of the court still "legally" married.

He's gonna turn it into a circus...already started by attacking the father of the girl he murdered. The judge better grow a pair and get a handle on this guy fast.

I can't believe you would publish the child's name and birth date. Now anyone who goggles her will be able to find out the intimate details of her mothers death (not necessarily through this article alone but by joining other news articles as well.) Very sad and completely unnecessary. The exact birth date brings no value to the article.
