Mansfield EMS saved a finger

April 25

1:25 p.m. Mansfield EMS personel responded to call requesting assistance for a child siezing in Norton. EMS arrived on the scene in nine minutes to take the child to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

5:39 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a motor vehicle accident on the intersection of East St. and Franklin St. One occupent in one of the cars in the accident was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital, but no serious injuries were reported.

April 26

2:28 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a caller who reported that an infnat was experiencing a siezure on Echo Hills Dr. The child was transported to Norwood Hospital.

April 27

12:14 p.m. Mansfield Fire extingished a small brush fire that broke out at 119 Samoset Ave. Firefighters arrived on the scene in six minutes.

4:02 p.m. Caller reported both an arm laceration and a possible finger amputation. EMS arrived and brought the caller to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.
