Mansfield Fire and EMS Log: August 1- 8

The following is from the Mansfield Fire and Emergency Services log.

The Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a total of 58 calls last week, most of which were medical in nature.

5:07 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting that a vehicle had rolled over on the on ramp from Rte. 95 South to Rte. 495 South. One occupant was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

August 3

5:18 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a smoke detector alarm from a residence at Cobb St. Burning food on the stove triggered the alarm.

 

August 6

2:46 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call from state police reporting a motor vehicle accident involving an 18 wheeler truck with a broken saddle strap and a fuel leak. Mansfield Fire took care of the leak, and reported about 25 gallons spilled from the tanker.
