Mansfield Fire and EMS Log: August 15-21

The Mansfield Fire Department and Emergency Medical Service responded to a total of 63 calls last week.

August 15

5:23 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to reports of a vehicle collision involving a tractor trailer and a car at the intersection of North Main St. and Chauncy St. EMS personal treated minor injuries on scene and Fire personnel found no fluids leaking from either vehicle.  

7:18 p.m. Mansfield EMS assisted Foxborough EMS in transporting a victim from a three-car collision on Mechanic St. The occupant was transported to Norwood Hospital.

August 17

8:19 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS services responded to a call reporting a basement fire in the 800 South Main St. building. The fire was out before their arrival.

August 18

9:04 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call on Rte. 95 near the North Attleboro town line. The occupant was removed from the vehicle and taken to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

August 19

5:38 p.m. Caller reported a single vehicle collision on West St. where a car struck a telephone pole. All three occupants were transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.
