Mansfield Fire and EMS Log: Collisions, Collisions and more Collisions

The following is from the Mansfield Fire and EMS log from Dec. 3 to Dec. 9.

Dec. 3

11:51 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a freight train/motor vehicle collision on Forbes Boulevard. One victim was transported to Rhode Island Hospital via medflight after the victim extracted himself.

6:10  a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a motor vehicle collision on School Street. No injuries were reported but a minor fluid leak had to be cleaned up.

8:00 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a three-vehicle collision on route 95. One victim was transported to Rhode Island Hospital and one to Norwood Hospital.

2:31 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a tractor-trailer rollover on route 495 at the route 95 exit. One victim was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.

Dec. 6

12:00 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a collision on Route 140. One victim was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

2:04 pm. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of East Street and Pratt Street. One vehicle reportedly went through the stop sight on East Street and headed westbound.

2:05 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a two-vehicle collision. Minor injuries were reported and treated on scene.

Dec. 8

10:51 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a motor vehicle collision on Route 95 South.
