9:02 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a carbon monoxide leak in a residence on Cedar St. One resident was treated on scene.

June 28
6:46 p.m. A vehicle at the intersection of Pratt St. and Chauncy St. had a fuel line break. Mansfield Police initially reported the event to the Fire Department, and said there was about a half-gallon spill. The hazard was removed, and the vehicle was towed.
June 29
10:10 a.m. A gas line was struck on Tremont St. Mansfield Fire, Police and EMS confirmed evacuation of the immediate area in approximately 20 minutes from the original call (10:10 p.m.). The leak was shut off after an hour from the original call.
11:37 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to an accident on Rte. 95 North at the Rte. 495 exit. Norwood EMS transported at least one occupant to Norwood Hospital.
5:17 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a minor motor vehicle accident at 46 Chauncy St. One occupant was treated on scene for a shoulder injury.
July 3
1:48 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to call reporting that a child in a vehicle pulled over on Rte. 95 South near the Rte. 495 exits was having a seizure. The child, along with three relatives, was transported to Hasbro Children’s Hospital.
