Mansfield Fire and EMS Log: June 6-12

The following is from the Mansfield Fire and EMS Log.

The Mansfield Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services responded to 77 calls last week.

June 7

6:20 a.m. Mansfield EMS responded to call from the Massachusetts State Police for a male assault victim who had sustained a knife wound to the hand on Rte. 95 southbond south of the Rte. 495 exit. Patient was teated on the scene by EMS pesonnel.

6:34 a.m. Mansfild EMS responded to a call on Rte. 95 Southbound south of the Rte. 495 exit that reported an accident. Two parties were transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

June 8

2:49 p.m. Mansfield Fire responded to a call reporting that a person was stuck in the elevator of the National Lumber Office on Maple St. Mansfield Fire was able to get the person out safely.

June 11

2:27 a.m. The Massachusetts State Police reported to the Mansfield Fire Department that there had been a serious accident on Rte. 95 southbound near exit 6. One occupant was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

9:35 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call of a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Stearns Ave. and East St. Parties were transported to Norwood Hospital.

June 12

8:11 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a three-car accident at the intersection of Rte. 140 and School St. Two people were transported to Norwood Hospital.
