Mansfield Fire and EMS Log: Kitchen Fire, Car Fire and Trash Fire

The following is from the Mansfield Fire and EMS Log.

The Mansfield Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services responded to a total of 67 calls last week.

 

June 5

7:33 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a vehicle rollover on Route 495 North. One patient was evaluated on scene and refused transport to a local hospital.

11:32 p.m. Mansfield Fire responded to a call from Foxborough for a car fire on Route 95 North.

June 7

12:40 a.m. Detail officers at the Comcast Center reported a trash fire in the middle of the parking lot. The fire was extinguished.

5:54 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Tremont Street and West Street. One patient was transported to Norwood Hospital.

June 8

12:53 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a vehicle rollover on Chauncy Street. One patient was evaluated on scene and refused transport to a local hospital.

11:14 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call from the State Police reporting a vehicle collision on Route 95 South. The Jaws of Life were needed to remove on patient from the vehicle and was transported to the Rhode Island Hospital.

4:12 p.m. Mansfield EMS responded to a call reporting a dog bite on Eddy Street. Patient was evaluated and stated that he would go to the hospital with a friend.

June 10

1:05 a.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a call reporting a car fire on Route 495 South between exits 11 and 10. The vehicle engulfed when Mansfield Firefighters arrived, and was extinguished. The occurrence was in Norton and Norton EMS took care of the patient.

3:56 p.m. Mansfield Fire and EMS responded to a kitchen fire at 44 North Main St.
